Life Expectancy and Guarantee of Pads
Life expectancy of pads differs between brands and the cost of the pads.
It all comes down to the price and materials used to make the pads.
The cheaper pads tend to have a life expectancy of around 6 months this can be extended by taking care of your pads (see taking care of your pads guide).
Guarantees differ by brand and are only a guideline. If a guarantee is 6 months this is the time a company is willing to replace the pads within it is not a guideline to the life expectancy.
Our universal pads have a 1 year’s guarantee but if looked after and protected can last up to 5 years.
